Statement

My works as a photographer constitute the logical and ideal supplement of my theoretical and historical studies in the field of photography, which form the focal points of my activities. Against the backdrop of my theoretical interest in photography that focuses on different photographic genre, on the work of well-known photographers and not so well know colleagues and on scientific issues, I tend to prefer a conceptual approach in my own photography. The range of my approach covers images that show abstract landscapes which however are still identifiable as landscapes, collages of family photos and landscape images, series of details of cityscapes and landscapes with a more graphic appearance as well as various collages of different types.
